Job Overview

As a vital member of the MLSE Global Partnerships team, your main role will be to assist in the fulfillment of partner contracts and support the department through the management of various internal processes. Your enthusiasm for sports and brand collaborations will enable you to be a key player within the Global Partnerships team, reinforcing MLSE's position as a leader in the sports and entertainment industry on a global scale. This position will involve working with partnerships that have diverse objectives and will intersect with all MLSE properties.


Position Type: Part-time, Contract
Contract Duration: Until June 30, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-office assistance to the full-time Global Partnerships and Partnership Marketing teams in servicing and executing partnership portfolios.
  • Assist the department with various internal projects, approvals, and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments at MLSE to develop comprehensive partnership marketing plans, including conducting category analyses and utilizing marketing assets such as digital, social media, content, in-stadium promotions, and experiential marketing.
  • Coordinate with venue teams for the planning and execution of partner events.
  • Oversee signage inventory management across all venues.
  • Manage signed merchandise inventory and fulfill requests for the entire team.
  • Maintain internal relationships with the game operations team for partner activations.
  • Support post-program reporting and budget management.

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a sports or marketing-related field.
  • Familiarity with general marketing principles and a strategic mindset; knowledge of mass media and social media is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in designing and delivering presentations.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor, with ease in public speaking and client-hosting situations.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Capability to understand the broader context and strategize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can relate professionally to all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
  • Strategic knowledge of current social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and paid social tactics.
