Salary and Benefits

Job Description
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs based on menu offerings and customer demand.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling techniques to ensure consistency and safety.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a chef or culinary manager.
  • Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
