Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hearthstone Manor Residential Care Facility.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our residents.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
