How You'll Succeed in This Role:

  • You will leverage RBC Dominion Securities Inc.'s strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
  • You will utilize our extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized financial plans and investment portfolios for your clients.
  • You will foster long-term relationships with your clients by providing personalized service and expert financial advice.
  • You will collaborate with RBC partners to ensure your clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.

A Few Details About What We're Looking For:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and are comfortable earning a commission-based income.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in investment management.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications.
