Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Mountains and Meadows Care Group.

Job Summary:

The Continuing Care Assistant will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the care team.
  • Participate in recreational activities and social events to promote residents' well-being and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
