Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production and minimize waste.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
