Manufacturing Process Specialist

At Ontario Limited, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs. Your expertise in process improvement and optimization will enable us to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production programs to meet business objectives
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Set and adjust machine or equipment controls to optimize production
- Collect and analyze data to inform process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
