The University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Experiential Learning Programs Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of co-curricular experiential learning programs that enhance the student experience and promote career development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement experiential learning programs that align with the University's strategic priorities and student learning objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and campus partners to identify and secure experiential learning opportunities for students.
- Design and deliver learning support programs that foster student career development and employability skills.
- Conduct analysis of student feedback and learning outcomes to inform program planning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and deliver experiential learning programs and services.
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a university or college career centre, co-op or recruitment setting.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of labour market trends and student and career development theories.
