Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Unified Flex Packaging Technologies.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop HR staff
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
