Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Unified Flex Packaging Technologies.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Manage employee data and information, including HR systems and reports
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
