About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our supply chain and logistics team as a summer intern. As a supply chain and logistics coordinator intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain valuable insights into the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and logistics industry
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly supply chain reports
- Participate in the forecasting and allocation process for various terminals
- Contribute to process improvements and tool development to enhance quality, reliability, and reduce report preparation time
- Support administrative tasks related to supply chain operations
- Assist with regulatory declaration submissions during the summer
- Provide backup support for supply chain coordinators during vacation periods
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business administration or chemical engineering program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
