Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Division: Logistics

Location: Baie-d'Urfé

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30

Exertis | JAM Industries is a leading distributor of consumer electronic goods, pro-audio equipment, and musical instruments. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Logistics team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers;

• Resolve receiving issues and problems with the warehouse;

• Create backorder reports for each brand and contact suppliers for follow-up on estimated time of arrival;

• Update and maintain product information in Oracle, supplier catalogs, advance pricing, and pricelist master for the Divisions;

• Liaise with suppliers for credit notes, if requested;

• Handle shipments from A to Z, including customs, ocean, and other types of transport;

• Analyze lead time performance;

• Manage logistics master data, including carrier, PO, SKU, shipment, SKU, vendor, and warehouse;

• Develop and maintain logistics supplier operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers, and other departments;

• Manage logistics KPI and dashboards;

• Prepare reports for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Logistics/Traffic experience is an asset;

• Responsible and punctual;

• Excellent time management skills, sense of organization, and ability to set priorities;

• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and strong interpersonal skills;

• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;

• Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table, Macros, Power Query);

• Data management skills (Microsoft Access, SQL);

• Microsoft Visio;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Analytics skills and problem-solving;

• Fluently bilingual, spoken and written.
