We are seeking a skilled Regional Store Support Manager and Trainer to oversee the operations of our retail locations in British Columbia. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about management and training who wants to contribute to creating a positive company culture.

In this position, you will provide support and guidance to over 40 employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures while maximizing sales and profitability. Your primary duty will be to develop stores for success through clearly defined goals and constructive feedback.

  • Act as the primary trainer in various store locations by providing in-person and virtual support during new store hires' onboarding process.
  • Support store teams within your region with in-person, virtual, one-on-one connections to build successful teams and retain staff.
  • Coordinate with management to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Assist in implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals for all Key Performance Indicators.
  • Encourage team members to participate in sales contests and incentives through leading by example and promoting product knowledge and customer service.
  • Protect Intellectual Property and confidential information.
  • Ensure team members adhere to company standards by enforcing The Company Policy & Procedures and embracing the Modern Store Code.
  • Reduce employee turnover through in-person and virtual support.
  • Nurture team members' potential, utilize conflict resolution techniques, and collaborate with HR on possible issues.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Cultivate a strong team of motivated store managers who drive sales and hit targets.
