We are currently seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to join our team at QuadReal.

About the Role :

  • As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations within a designated region.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions and managing a team of four accountants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise a team of four designated accountants in the region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with IFRS.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide guidance and support to local finance teams on technical accounting matters and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of audit findings.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Designated CPA.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience with financial reporting under IFRS.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
