HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at the University of Prince Edward Island. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, vents, and air handling units.
- Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects.
- Perform a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials.
- Estimate costs and materials for HVAC projects.
- Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as HVAC technology or mechanical engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
