HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at the University of Prince Edward Island. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects.
- Perform a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials.
- Estimate costs and materials for HVAC projects.
- Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications.
- Test machines and equipment.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
