HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at the University of Prince Edward Island. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Repair and replace faulty components, including motors, compressors, and fans
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex problems
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as HVAC technology or mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
