Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and release of a new product that leverages the success of our existing offerings. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on one of our biggest new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with sales, marketing, account management, and support teams to drive the success of both readiness and adoption.
  • Make data-driven decisions by choosing the right tool for the job.
  • Validate new ideas through market research, interviews, surveys, wireframes, data analytics, competitor research, lean canvas, technical proof of concept, A/B testing, and propensity to buy.
  • Strategically reduce tech debt while monitoring the tech radar and considering opportunities for advancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architectural, and data science leads to ensure the product meets the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management or entrepreneurial experience.
  • Technical experience with proficiency in data standards, APIs, enterprise integrations, and AI.
  • EDI, Order Management, or eCommerce experience considered an asset.
