Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at MANMIRAL CONSULTING.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, assembling containers, and inspecting incoming goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Assemble Containers: Assemble containers and crates for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
  • Inspect Incoming Goods: Inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents, identifying any discrepancies or damage.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems, including tracking inventory and shipping information.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are properly secured and handled.
  • Supervise Material Handlers: Supervise material handlers and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
