Deliver Exceptional Customer Financial Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Financial Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional customer financial solutions. As a Financial Service Representative, you will be responsible for building superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Customer Relationships: Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
  • Educate and Empower: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
  • Generate Sales: Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
  • Communicate: Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products.
  • Review and Evaluate: Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
  • Manage Collections: Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.

About You:

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. You must have some experience in a customer-facing environment, be able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit), and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
