We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team at Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing insurance products to clients, ensuring that all policy requirements are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance products to clients.
- Ensure that all policy requirements are completed, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice.
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
