Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling insurance products, and ensuring that clients' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance Sales: Sell insurance products to clients, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Policy Requirements: Ensure that clients complete all necessary forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
