Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients have the necessary insurance coverage to protect their assets and livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct needs assessments to determine clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients to ensure they understand their coverage.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
