About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our British Columbia Retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Merchandising and Sales Execution: Ensure brilliant execution of sales and merchandising strategies, including installing, replacing, and updating point-of-sale materials, setting up displays, and ensuring product quality and compliance.
  • Market Intelligence: Observe and record competitive activity and report accordingly to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from our warehouse and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills, driven for success, and a passion for quality beer.
  • Driver's License: Must have and maintain a provincial valid driver's license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
