About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser with Molson Coors Beverage Company, you will be part of a dynamic team that brews beverages that unite people to celebrate all life's moments. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth through strategic sales and merchandising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Ensure brilliant execution of sales and merchandising strategies by building rapport with customers and supporting product standards.
- Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials, such as racks, price cards, and display units, to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Set up displays and ensure current point-of-sale materials are visible to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Ensure Molson products are in full distribution and rotated regularly to prevent expired product from being sold.
- Check pricing and ensure compliance to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Observe and record competitive activity and report accordingly to drive business growth.
- Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from the Molson Coors warehouse.
Requirements:

- Post-Secondary degree, preference for Marketing or Business related degree.
- 1-2 years merchandising or sales experience in the Molson organization and/or other consumer packaged goods organization.
- You must have and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
