About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our British Columbia team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute brilliant merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve product visibility.
  • Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials, including racks, price cards, and display units, to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from our warehouse.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with store and head office standards.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Valid provincial driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
