Ellie Mental Health - 204 is committed to providing a safe working environment for its employees. As a Nuclear Safety Specialist II, you will be responsible for performing radiological safety assessments, documenting radiological work assessments, and reviewing subcontractor RP plans and standard operating procedures. This role also involves teaching Group 4 RP Training and assisting with the teaching of Group 3 and Group 2 and Group 1 RP Training for CNL staff members and sub-contractors. In addition, you will lead accident investigations and workplace inspections, advise staff on RP requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health physics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of operational Health Physicist experience in a relevant related field or CNL Group 1 Health Physics Qualification.
- Valid Ontario class "G" (or equivalent) driver's license.
- Security clearance eligibility required: Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC).
