Job Title: Market Manager, Field Operations

At Acklands-Grainger inc., we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service efforts in the field. As a Market Manager, Field Operations, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across our geographic area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and service strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
