Assistant Store Manager

KIN'S FARM MARKET is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on retail management and customer service.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
