Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Patra Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food orders, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate delivery of food trolleys.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
