Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Patra Pizza Ltd.

Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food orders, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
