Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT-OT Network Analyst to join our team at SAPINC Saputo Inc. The ideal candidate will have a good background in network infrastructure and operations technology (OT) within a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

This role requires proficiency in Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience and an understanding of OT systems and their integration with IT networks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Manage the network equipment inventory, ensuring up-to-date records of OT switches, firewalls, and related equipment.
  • Detect and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance for both IT and OT systems.
  • Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data, systems, and network integrity.
  • Monitor network performance and suggest improvements, regularly updating network configurations and firmware.
  • Promote compliance with internal and industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with OT teams to deliver integrated changes and ensure secure and robust end-to-end network infrastructure.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a network position.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Network Analyst, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with operations technology (OT) and industrial control systems like Purdue model and CPWE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
