About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT-OT Network Analyst to join our team at SAPINC Saputo Inc. as an IT Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a good background in network infrastructure and operations technology (OT) within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Diagnostics and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for both IT and OT systems.
  • Monitor network security measures to protect data, systems, and network integrity.
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College diploma in the field of Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in a network position.
  • CCNA is preferred or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience as a Network Analyst, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with operations technology (OT) and industrial control systems like Purdue model and CPWE.

This role requires proficiency in Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience and an understanding of OT systems and their integration with IT networks. As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.
