Zanchin Automotive Group, a leading network of dealerships, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Sales Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for retail customers and service operations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Recommend and sell parts and accessories, either by telephone or at the retail parts department, utilizing strong product knowledge and sales skills.
- Promote retail and wholesale sales by building relationships with external customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Determine availability of parts and accessories, place special orders as required, and provide price quotes and related parts information.
- Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, or collection, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Participate in parts inventory counting and stocking, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring efficient stockroom operations.
About You:
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in parts sales, logistics, and warehousing, with a proven track record of successful customer service and handling.
- Proficiency working with ERP systems, such as CDK/Reynolds, and ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift/move objects (50 pounds or less), communicate professionally (verbally and written), and maintain professionalism.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution, and a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
