About the Role


  • This role supports EZRA's Operational Excellence, Enterprise Delivery, and Finance functions as a cross-functional partner.
  • You will be responsible for executing coaching engagements from setup to completion.
  • Tasks include managing shared mailboxes, creating quotes, retrieving process orders, coordinating with billing, and launching participants.
  • You will also set up customer portal dashboards, provide access to external stakeholders, and manage licenses.
  • Lastly, you will launch and track assessment completion for reporting purposes.


About You


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and PO management.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
