About Our Team

The SLGI Client Services team is a dynamic and fast-paced group dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advisor Experience Specialist to join our team and help us drive business growth and improve client experience.

Your Role

As an Advisor Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with top-tier advisors and delivering exceptional service excellence. You will work closely with our Operations Support Administrators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and collaborate with internal and external business partners to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to meet business objectives and improve advisor satisfaction
  • Provide expert-level support to internal and external business partners on operational inquiries, escalated problems, and issues related to SLGI mutual fund accounts, trades, and processing requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and improve processes
  • Collaborate with Operations Support Administrators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Foster a work environment that values people and encourages participation, excellence, creativity, continuous learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite products
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
