Data Analyst for Youth Homelessness

At Our Place Peel, we are committed to empowering youth through prevention, intervention, and support in accessing safe and sustainable housing. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst for Youth Homelessness to help us understand and leverage data to enhance our programs and services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social services, business administration, data sciences, or a related field, and experience in data analysis with a focus on the social service sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, are essential for this role.

  • Lead and manage the system and process for data collection.
  • Collect, compile, and organize a variety of data sources.
  • Analyze program data to monitor, track, and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Use and analyze data to measure the impact of programs and client outcomes.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with program managers to ensure alignment with data analysis and program goals. A strong understanding of client-centered approaches and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are also essential.
