Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Meals On Wheels Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the monthly billing process for Community Services programs, including invoicing and payment receipt.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties within the Community Services department as needed.
  • Assist with the facilitation of the Meals on Wheels program, ensuring the efficient delivery of Italian meals to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client lists, payments, and meal distributions.
  • Prepare invoices and reports for accounting purposes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Proficient level of conversational Italian language skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Resident Information related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plan and paid time off.
