About the Role

Axiom-FrontLine Financial Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute-Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
