As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in developing investor pitches and crafting compelling stories to attract venture capital and other funding sources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support investment due diligence, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Engage with potential investors, outlining our strategic plan and transformation roadmap.

  • Lead the collection and preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings, as well as managing deliverables stemming from action items taken at Board of Directors meetings.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and department managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide seamless integration and coordination of efforts among departments, programs, and services.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
  • Help executive team members determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up development strategy, ensuring proper systems are in place to mitigate risks.
  • Hold the CEO and executive leadership accountable for their commitments, ensuring they not only talk the talk but also walk the walk.
