Academic Medical Oncologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Medical Oncologist to join our team at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. As a key member of our Department of Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, advancing medical knowledge, and contributing to the academic excellence of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participate in clinical and academic activities of the Odette Cancer Centre
  • Contribute to research and education initiatives within the Department of Medicine
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices

Requirements:

  • MD degree and Fellowship certification in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Strong academic and research background, with a focus on genitourinary and head and neck cancers
