About the Job

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Comprehensive Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for consulting with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, prescribing and administering medications and treatments, and advising patients on healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Advise patients on healthcare
  • Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities
  • Be the patient advocate
  • Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
  • Provide acute care management
  • Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
