Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Georama Growers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our vertical farming system, ensuring the highest quality crops are produced while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivation: Oversee the cultivation of crops on our vertical farming system, ensuring optimal growing conditions and crop yields.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure crops meet our high standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying crops.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and order materials and stock as needed.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
