Nursery Farm Manager

Georama Growers is seeking a skilled Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for cultivating crops on our vertical farming system.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivation: Oversee the growth and maintenance of crops on our vertical farming system.
- Stock Management: Determine the type and quantity of stock to grow, ensuring optimal yields and quality.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and personnel records.
- Supply Chain Management: Order materials and stock as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide product care and other information to customers.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
