Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at BELFOR. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary office administration courses or certification preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of general office experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting of 5-40 lbs., occasional lifting of 41 lbs.+, and sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
