Contract Manager

Job Summary:
IMP Group is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract performance and compliance.
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiate new and renewal contracts and contract changes.
- Work with internal departments and management to ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Serve as the focal point for formal communications between IMP and external customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' industry experience with Contract Management emphasis.
- Bachelor of Commerce/ Business Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Above average interpersonal and written communication skills.
