Estimator, Building Construction Specialist

VIVID 1 CONCEPTS LTD is seeking a skilled Estimator, Building Construction to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards
- Set up and monitor cost monitoring and reporting systems
- 2 years of experience in construction estimation
- Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
