Estimator, Building Construction Specialist

VIVID 1 CONCEPTS LTD is seeking a skilled Estimator, Building Construction to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs, as well as advising on tendering procedures and analyzing tenders to recommend awards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders to recommend awards
- Set up and monitor cost monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
- Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
- Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- 32 hours per week
- English language proficiency
