Occupational Therapist - Home Care Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing home care services to patients in Kenora and surrounding areas. As an Occupational Therapist with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work independently and choose your own schedule, making it an ideal fit for those seeking flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients and develop treatment plans to meet their unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or recognized equivalent
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
