We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Aitopics. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for executing our ambitious product roadmap and delivering a world-class AI Agent platform experience to our internal developers and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of our product roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in our software solutions, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact our customers.
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
- Proficient in backend technologies, including Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch, as well as in-memory stores like Redis.
- Strong understanding of 3rd party LLMs, such as GPT, Azure, and Anthropic, and experience with CCaaS, SIP, WebRTC, IVR, and Telephony ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to personal growth and continued learning, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- A competitive salary range of $129,264 - $171,478, based on experience and qualifications.
